Our 2025 Ohio Speed Puzzling Championship will be held from June 18th thru the 22nd in Columbus. The venue is Greater Columbus Convention Center, 400 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43215.
This ticket gives 1 person entry into the following special event:
- Team Relay 4 x 275 piece
Please make sure each teammate purchases a ticket.
If you know your teammates' names, please enter them in the Note/Comment field during checkout.
Please check in for the Team Relay race at 4:30 pm. Brief instructions will be given, and the contest will start immediately afterward.
The Team Relay consists of four people completing four different 275p puzzles simultaneously. When the timer starts, each teammate opens up one puzzle and begins assembling it on his/her half of a table. (Each team will get 2 entire tables for just this event).
Every 5 minutes, we will announce "Switch!", and the partners must rotate 1 place clockwise to work on the next puzzle. This repeats until time expires. Once one of your puzzles is finished, you will still continue switching every 5 minutes.
Only one person may work on a puzzle at any given time. The other people may coach and point to pieces, but not touch any pieces.
Like the other events, each team will keep the puzzles used in the contest.
You will have 1 hour to finish all 4 puzzles. If you do not finish both puzzles within the time limit, you will be given credit for any groups of 2+ connected pieces. Rankings will be established first by completion time, and then by the number of pieces placed.
