Ticket Transfer


This service will allow a person to do one of the following:

  • Transfer 1 ticket to another person (applies to Zoom contests and in-person contests). This does not apply to purchasing tickets for Juniors (under 18), which is totally fine.
  • Transfer 1 state championship ticket from one division to another division (for example, from Casual to Advanced, Senior to Casual, etc.)--if inventory permits
  • Transfer 1 ticket from one Zoom contest to another--if inventory permits
  • Transfer 1 ticket from one state championship to another--if inventory permits


Add 1 of these to your cart for each ticket being transferred. Make sure to enter a detailed order note to explain the change you are requesting (which event, which ticket, being transferred to whom, etc.).


Each of these options requires several manual updates to:

  • general ledger
  • contest-specific ledger
  • timesheets
  • time cards
  • ticket inventory levels (so we have enough puzzles for the event)
  • results
  • etc.


Please understand that with all of our ticketed events, we have to order the puzzles well in advance and cannot source additional puzzles last-minute without incurring significant expense--including buying at retail and expedited shipping.


Also, we are tracking results per person, which has a cumulative, time-consuming effect on our record-keeping processes.
